Production modules for KlettWelding
The KlettWelding process invented by this customer is capable of cold pressing electrical components onto each other according to the principle of a Velcro fastener, permanently connecting them and ensuring electrical as well as thermal conduction. This method has many advantages over thermal joining methods. tech-solute was contracted to design and build the prototype modules for the individual manufacturing process steps. Only materials that are protected against aggressive environmental influences (e.g. electroplating process) either by appropriate protective measures or by their material composition were allowed to be installed in them. The modules were commissioned at tech-solute and then delivered to the customer.
