Innovations at the water point
The client of this project was considering the future of the so-called water point, the area in the kitchen where water is tapped. IMore and more products for this sector are being launched on the market, such as water filters, water sprayers or taps that also dispense boiling water. In order to develop further interesting features from the user’s point of view for such a water point , a persona workshop was conducted in advance of the actual creative workshop. In this persona workshop the participants put themselves in the role of typical representatives of the target group and worked out what bothers them about the current situation and what changes would help them. In this way, it was also possible to identify needs that most users were not even aware of at that time.
