Staus Quo Workshop for a manufacturer of clamping heads


Don't depend on a single sector!

In order not to leave the search for business opportunities outside the core business in the automotive sector to chance, this client booked a Status Quo Workshop. In a first step, the problem statement method was used to channel and concretise the current challenge of the company from the perspective of the interdisciplinary group of participants. With a SWOT analysis, the current business model was closely examined with regard to its future viability. The participants then had the opportunity to use the problem statement method to point out to each other where they see the real challenges. This also brought aspects to the surface that the management had not previously been aware of. The follow-up discussion led to a strong agreement on the necessary fields of action. The establishment of an idea management system in the company was seen as a central measure to sustainably strengthen the company ‘s innovative power.
