Product clinic for integrated water filtration in kitchen fittings

On behalf of a manufacturer of filtration technology, tech-solute developed innovative solutions for filter technology integrated in fittings. Subsequently, a so-called product clinic was carried out. This serves to determine consumer wishes. For this purpose, demonstrators of various solutions were installed in show kitchens. Selected test persons had the opportunity to try out the solutions and document their experiences in a questionnaire provided. With the product clinic, it was possible to record the basic acceptance, the user-friendliness (e.g. when changing the filter) as well as requests for improvement.
