Filter unit for a water dispenser
tech-solute developed the filter unit for a drinking water dispenser, among other things. The central components of the filter were, on the one hand, the sintered activated carbon block, which removes chlorine, heavy metals and residues from the tap and thus ensures the best taste. Ultrafiltration, on the other hand, delivers hygienically perfect water through an extremely fine-pored membrane and reliably retains bacteria and viruses. During development, the compact arrangement of the filter subsystems was a particular challenge. The system is produced by a manufacturer specialising in filter technology. tech-solute worked intensively with this company during the pilot series phase in order to provide proof of process reliability.
