Recycling drum washing machine
The machine designed and built by the client for shredding and washing recycled plastics was inspected and assessed by tech-solute for the purpose of the intended CE documentation. First, research was carried out to determine which guidelines apply to the existing machine. The definition of the machine in terms of the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC required a risk assessment according to ISO 12100-1 as well as a corresponding derivation of measures, which the client then implemented. tech-solute also provided a statement of the C standard to which the system must be tested and presented the customer with a corresponding test catalogue.
