FMEA standardisation
A manufacturer of household goods commissioned tech-solute to develop a standard FMEA procedure. On the basis of standard documents developed in advance by tech-solute (FMEA process description, evaluation catalogue, form), a system and a design FMEA were carried out with the customer using a sample product and the standard documents were adapted to the individual requirements of the company. The developed FMEA were adopted as exemplary components of the FMEA process description and make the desired procedure clear to all those responsible for FMEA in the company.
