Optimal preparation of the skin for use of care products

With the help of steaming devices in cosmetic procedures the pores of the skin are opened and the absorption of care substances is improved. One function of these devices is the evaporation of water by means of a heating coil inside a glass container. The steam is then directed to the treatment site via an adjustable pipe system. Apart from the price, the shortest possible heating time, the product design and the product quality are critical for the competitiveness of a vapour deposition device. In the previous development phases, tech-solute was able to develop novel technical features and an attractive design. The heating function was realised in a much more cost-effective way than before and requires only a very short heating time. With the C-sample, the overall function of the unit and its series producibility were verified.
