Audit preparation for an e-vehicle underbody manufacturer
For the first IATF 16949 certification, this manufacturer of electric vehicle underbodies had to demonstrate that the company meets the automotive industry’s highest standards for production and services in terms of quality, efficiency and cost-effectiveness. A tech-solute expert supported the company with a practical consulting approach to quickly achieve certification readiness according to IATF. First, the gaps to the IATF were identified and the project effort estimated from this. As part of a project, the deviations were prioritised and worked through in ongoing project meetings with the customer. In addition to expert QM practical knowledge, the participants introduced to suitable QM tools.
