The qualified specialist for office and project organisation is a real full of energy and an organisational talent who manages a family of five in addition to her job. Born in Kazakhstan, she moved to Germany as a teenager and combines the mentality and culture of both countries. Important values for her, both privately and in her job, are openness, respect and empathy. She herself is always open to new things and therefore fits in very well with the tech-solute family, where no two days and no two projects are the alike.

Rest after work? Not an option for Rita. Whenever possible, she’s out and about. Whether regular fitness, travelling, hiking or partying with friends, her motto “I laugh a lot. As Erhard Blanck says: “If you laugh at tears, you don’t need to cry them”.
