The intention was to add innovative features to create incentives for members of the target group to buy a new professional impact drill. A user analysis was carried through in order to find out what bothers the user with standard products on the market and what additional functions he or she would like to have. tech-solute filmed professionals handling different machines. The handling process was then broken down into individual phases. This allowed recurring problems to be identified and direct comparisons to be made between products. It turned out, for example, that preparing and packing the machine takes much more time than previously assumed.
